Reports indicate that at least three projectiles landed near Baghdad International Airport (BGW) in Baghdad, Iraq, early Jan. 23.

Iran Press/Middle East: The same reports suggest the intended target was possibly the Victory Base Complex, which is a US military installation.

There have been no immediate reports of casualties or significant material damage. Iraqi authorities have yet to confirm the incident or provide details on the nature of the explosion.

Al-Arabiya and Saberin News correspondent also reported a rocket attack around Baghdad International Airport.

One of the Victoria Base barracks was reportedly targeted in the rocket attack.
