TEHRAN (IP)- At a meeting of representatives of Iran, Qatar, and Iraq with officials of the International Football Federation (FIFA) and the Asia Football Confederation (AFC) it was agreed to postpone qualifying matches for the World Cup in Asia.

Iran Press/Iran news: The meeting of representatives of Iran, Qatar, and Iraq with officials from the International Football Federation (FIFA) and the AFC was held in Doha Qatar. At the meeting it was agreed to postpone World Cup qualifying matches in Asia.

The decision on postponement was taken because of the outbreak of Coronavirus in Asia.

A friendly match between Iraq and Jordan was also canceled.
