The Iraqi National Wisdom Movement leader called for talks between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Arab countries.

Iran PressMiddle East: According to Al-Sumaria News Network, Sayyed Ammar al-Hakim, the leader of the Iraqi National Wisdom Movement, today once again called for the beginning of an Islamic and frank dialogue between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Arab countries, led by Saudi Arabia to help secure the region.

Sayyed Ammar al-Hakim, in his speech in downtown Baghdad yesterday on regional and international developments, said: "We once again invite to a comprehensive and serious dialogue between the countries of the region and bring them together at a table, because our commonalities in history, geography, religion, and culture are far greater than the current political differences and crises."

Sayyed Ammar Hakim added: "Our region has been suffering from the fire of disputes and instability for many years, and our nations can no longer tolerate the continuation of this erosive process and the losses and clashes."

Hakim stressed that the wise men of the region should immediately decide to start a dialogue to reach a real project that guarantees the security and interests of all and defines relations based on mutual respect and common interests.
