Tehran (IP) – Head of Iran's Red Crescent Society said the 17th consignment of COVID-19 vaccine purchased by the society entered Iran.

Iran PressIran News: Karim Hemmati stated that the consignment was delivered to the officials of the Health Ministry at Imam Khomeini Airport on Thursday.

According to Hemmati, 1,110,000 doses of COVID vaccine were imported to Iran this time.

He announced that with the entrance of this consignment, the Iranian Red Crescent Society has so far imported 19,280,000 doses of COVID vaccine.
