ISIS claimed responsibility for a bomb attack in Uganda's capital Kampala on Saturday night, the terrorist group said in a statement posted in an affiliated Telegram channel late on Sunday.

Iran Press/Africa: Reuters reported a bomb that killed at least one person in a restaurant on the outskirts of the Ugandan capital Kampala was packed with nails and shrapnel, police said on Sunday.
